Refund Policy

First and foremost, thank you for supporting Sleeeze. We take great pride in the quality of our products and the care with which we package and ship every order. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, or refunds may be accepted. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

We aim to ensure every customer receives their order in perfect condition. However, returns or refunds are only available in the following cases:

Defective or Damaged Items

○ If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of

delivery.

○ You must include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label for

verification.

○ Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

Incorrect or Missing Items

○ If you receive the wrong item or a missing product, please contact us within 7

days of delivery.

○ We will promptly send the correct item or issue a refund if the product is

unavailable.

Orders Lost in Transit (Our Error)

○ If a package is confirmed lost due to a carrier or dispatch error on our end, we

will issue a replacement or refund.

○ Claims for lost parcels must be submitted within 30 business days of shipment.

 

Please note: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind,

incorrect size or fit, or general dissatisfaction unrelated to damage or defect.

 

2. Return Process

If your item meets the conditions above:

1. Contact us at Questions@Sleeeze.me with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos.

2. Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.

3. If approved, we will provide return or replacement instructions.

4. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags,

sleeves, or inserts (if applicable).

 

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

 

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

● If a return or exchange is approved due to a defective item or our shipping error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

● For all other cases, customers are responsible for any return shipping charges.

● Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

 

4. Refunds

● Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we confirm receipt and inspection of the returned item.

● We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.

● Depending on your payment provider, funds may take additional time to appear in your account.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

● Worn or washed clothing

● Opened vinyl records (unless defective)

● Items damaged through misuse or improper handling

● Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
