First and foremost, thank you for supporting Sleeeze. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, handle, and deliver orders placed through our store for customers in the United States. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Processing Time
● Order processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public
holidays).
● Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT may be processed on the next business day.
● During peak periods (e.g., holidays, sales), processing times may be extended up to 5 business days.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We currently ship all vinyl records from the United Kingdom to the United States using reliable international carriers (e.g., Royal Mail International, Parcelforce, DHL, UPS).

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
● Order weight and size
● Delivery destination
● Selected shipping method
4. Packaging
● Clothing: Shipped in eco-friendly poly mailers or boxes, folded carefully to prevent
creasing.
● Vinyl Records: Packed in durable, reinforced mailers with corner protection and inner sleeves to minimize risk of bending, seam splits, or ring wear.
● We use recyclable or biodegradable materials whenever possible.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
● All vinyl records are currently shipped from the United Kingdom.
● Import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply upon arrival in the United States. **
● These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product
price or shipping cost.
● Customs policies vary by country — please check with your local customs office for more information before ordering.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order ships ***, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

● Link to track your package online
7. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments Delays
● While we work with reliable carriers, occasional delays due to customs inspection or logistics issues can occur.
● We cannot refund shipping fees for carrier delays beyond our control.
Lost Parcels
● If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 business days, please contact us at Questions@Sleeeze.me.
● We’ll open an investigation with the carrier. Replacement eligibility depends on
the carrier’s findings.
Damaged Items
● Please inspect your order upon arrival.
● If your item is damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product.
● We’ll arrange a replacement, depending on the situation.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
● Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
● We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
● If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once additional postage is paid.
9. Split Shipments
If your order contains both clothing and vinyl records, items may ship separately for optimal protection and logistics efficiency. You will receive separate tracking numbers if this occurs.
